Not for profit organisation asked for help to create a 5 year strategy. Legacy strategy was reviewed along with that of the parent organisation to ensure alignment. Process and key outcomes were agreed with client. Interactive session was run (face to face and virtual) with all key stakeholders to drive final strategy output.

Facilitation
Experience of facilitating industry forums, customer meetings, staff conferences and training sessions. Board meetings and investor meetings can also be supported, with prior agreement of outcome objectives. Wayne Tessier
Wayne Tessier is a commercial expert who since 1998 has worked in Leadership and Business Development roles within the public and private sector. He has successfully led ambitious high growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions and integration.
He is a certified trainer, practiced coach and team development expert with a PhD in Biochemistry from Hull University.
